Before calling us for technical support, there are a number of things you can do to make the job easier for us and you. Firstly, write down the problem you’re having in detail, noting the affected system’s brand and serial number. If we installed your system a while ago, let us know when that was. Finally, let us know if there was anything unusual occurring prior to the problem happening (e.g., a storm, vandalism, any prior glitches etc.).
