Whether it’s a simple question about how long you can store your footage for or a more complex issue requiring a technician to come out and fix something, we will be here for you.
Before making a call to us, there are a few things you’ll need to have handy:
- Write the problem down in detail. Include the brand name and serial number of any relevant equipment.
- The approximate date we installed your system.
- Was there anything unusual happening at the time of the issue? (eg. A storm, vandalism, prior glitches etc).
