Whether it’s a simple question about how long you can store your footage for or a more complex issue requiring a technician to come out and fix something, we will be here for you.


Before making a call to us, there are a few things you’ll need to have handy:

    1. Write the problem down in detail. Include the brand name and serial number of any relevant equipment.
    2. The approximate date we installed your system.
    3. Was there anything unusual happening at the time of the issue? (eg. A storm, vandalism, prior glitches etc).
